| V.I.P. or course stands for Very Important Person. However; when you are hosting an event at which more than one person is very important (as I'm sure all of you do), how should we refer to these people?
Each one is a Very Important Person (V.I.P.) so collectively they should be Very Important People; which surely would abbreviate to V.I.P. Alternatively they may be referred to as Very Important Persons, which would also abbreviate to V.I.P.
So why then do so many of us (myself included) say V.I.P.'s when referring to more than one V.I.P.? _________________ HAPPY TO BE A PROUD MEMBER OF NERDSWORLD
